Tuesday’s Transport and Travel Updates

Lingering fog may mean delays to bus and train services across the Dudley borough, while flights from Birmingham Airport may also be affected. Roadworks may mean road users need to follow local diversions.

Public Transport

There are some slight changes to National Express West Midlands bus routes due to roadworks, but most of the changes affect services in Birmingham. More information about the disruption can be found on the Network West Midlands website.

There are no reported issues on the train network or on the Stourbridge Shuttle.

Flights into and out of Birmingham Airport look to be largely running to schedule.

Roads and Roadworks

Temporary three-way traffic lights remain in place on the junctions of Birds Meadow and Bradley Street with High Street in Pensnett. The roadworks are a part of a £6.3 million road redevelopment scheme.

Short Street, Halesowen, will be closed from 9.30am to 3.30pm today for carriageway repairs. Diversions will run via Stourbridge Road, Old Hawne Lane, Whittingham Road, and Attwood Street.
